Travelling to Quadra Island Quadra Island is the largest of the Discovery Islands and is a 10 minute ferry ride from Campbell River. This scenic island, borderland between the Kwakwaka’wakw and Coast Salish First Nation groups, is also the dynamic point of change where the tides of the south and north island meet.
