Grandmaster Khor was an advisor to the Australian Falls Research program at Prince Alfred Hospital in 2000. In December 2016, he presented his latest Tai Chi research at the Falls Conference in Melbourne to doctors, professors, and physiotherapists from Australia, NZ, and Asia. Master Rod Ferguson: Presented at International Tai Chi Symposium in USA, Geriatric Medicine and the International Falls Prevention Conferences in New Zealand. Taught Tai Chi for 30 years, and conducted many Falls Prevention Training Courses. Aaron Khor: A Health Science graduate from the University of Western Sydney. The roots of Tai Chi traces back to the Shaolin Temple where Bodhidarma first introduced Yi Jin Jing Yoga which evolved into Shaolin Lohan Qigong. In the Wudang mountain, Taoist Zhang San Feng with the aid of Taoist philosophy transformed Shaolin Kung Fu and created Tai Chi martial art. The use of energy and mind to heal has been central to traditional Eastern medicine. This session explores Tai Chi and Qigong as a biofeedback healing medium. Grandmaster Khor was involved in Biofeedback research back in 1975, and the knowledge gained then now open new insight into using Tai Chi and qigong movements as a biofeedback medium to explore body-mind interaction, and healing capabilities.
