We will have a light lunch aboard the bus. 2.00 p.m.: Punta del Este beach and tour of the city. 7.00 p.m.: Sunset in Punta Ballena. 8.00 p.m.: Dinner at Casapueblo, in Punta Ballena. 10.30 p.m.: Return to Montevideo. 00.00 a.m.: Check-in at Hotel Europa. Sunday, March 18th. 11.00 a.m.: Pick up by bus and first part of Montevideo tour. 1.00 p.m.: Lunch at Mercado del Puerto. 3.30 p.m.: Pick up by bus for the second part of Montevideo tour. He will also talk a bit about one of his startups –Gato Dumas, Colegio de Cocineros, 10.45 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.: Transportation to and visit of Plan Ceibal’s premises. Ceibal is the Uruguayan implementation of Nicholas Negroponte’s One Laptop Per Child initiative. 1.00 – 2.30 p.m.: Transportation to Jacksonville and lunch at La Pausa, close to Zonamerica. 2.30 – 4.30 p.m.: The Zonamerica Business Model.
