Definitions vi. National Grand Master General, also referred to as the National Grand Master General X°, A. In these Bylaws: or simply the X°, means the Chief Executive i. Registered Office The registered office of the Association, for the transaction of its business, shall be located in such place within the State of New South Wales as may be designated by the Executive. Section 2.02. Other Offices The Association may also have offices at such other places within the States, Territories and Dependencies of Australia, where it is qualified to do business, as its business may require, and as the Executive or its duly authorized Governing Body or agent may from time to time designate.
