In CEEB1 (1990) there was one representative sample for the CSFR only. The country codes (Czech Republic, Slovakia) are recoded by ZA according to region (V220/V221). Armenia, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine: In 1990 these countries were still part of the USSR. The country codes are recoded by ZA according to region (variable V407 in ZA2493 - CEEB1 1990). There was only one sample in the European part of the USSR which included 1561 respondents.
