LOCAL 105-2018-2023 COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT ARTICLE ONE EXTRINSIC COMMITMENTS I. 1 Both parties hereby agree that all commitments or covenants whether verbal or written, inferred or implied, that are not expressly incorporated into this Agreement shall be null and void to the extent of any inconsistency. 1.2 As the Union is a member local of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Craftsof the United States, its Territories, and Canada, nothing in this Collective Agreement shall be construed to interfere with any obligation the Union or its membership may owe to the InternationalAlliance by reason of a prior obligation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Collective Agreement shall be construed so as to contravene any Federal or Provincial statute or regulation. ARTICLE TWO OBLIGATIONS 2.1 The Theatre shall employ and maintain in employment only members of the Union who are in good standing, and are supplied by the Union. 2.2 The Union shall supply qualifiedpersonnel to perform work as required by the Theatre under the provisions of this Collective Agreement. 2.3 If the Union is unable to supply members as required by the Theatre, the Theatre shall employ non-members provided by the Union under the terms of this Agreement and at the rates listed in the Rates of Pay appended thereto.
