CONSULTANTS: CALL FOR RESUMES AND CURRICULUM VITAES Purpose: mothers2mothers (m2m) is collecting resumes and CVs from experienced professionals for potential short-term assignments in the Southern Africa and Eastern Africa region. Focus areas include: RMNCH, PMTCT, Gender-based violence, OVCs, BCC, and organizational development. Expertise required in program design, proposal development, M&E, and training. All candidates must have an advanced degree, at least 3 years’ related experience, fluent English, and the ability to travel. Consultants will be paid on the basis of a negotiated daily rate and travel and per diem will be paid separately. Key Outcomes: Areas of Work: m2m requests that qualified experts submit their resume/CV for our consultant database. We are seeking experts in the following areas: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Qualitative researchers Quantitative researchers mHealth experts Statisticians Training Specialized material and curriculum development Instructional design for a variety of audiences Organizational development Policy (internal and external) Program Advisory, expert program knowledge (variety of topics) Board development, governance Expertise Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT) Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) Community-based programming HIV peer-based education Gender Based Violence (GBV) Gender and empowerment Adolescent Health Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) Teen Pregnancy Voluntary Medical male circumcision Male involvement Behaviour change communication (BCC) Strategy development Capacity development Organizational development General Services Proposal writing Job aid development / Graphic design Technical writing / editing Research Cost-benefit analyses Facilitation Project management Materials development: policy Materials development: information, education and communication (IEC) Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties and responsibilities, as well as reporting and working relationships, will vary according to each assignment and will be specified at the time of contracting. Assignments may include regional travel.
