The Project is located in Liangping, Dianjiang and Changshou counties/districts, consisting of four outputs, which are (i) flood risk management infrastructure constructed; (ii) wastewater management and pollution control infrastructure developed; (iii) ecological conservation facilities improved; and (iv) flood and environmental risk management (FERM) capacity enhanced. Dianjiang Subproject, one of subprojects of the Project , is composed of 6 components as following: (1) Pushun, Zhoujia Town ecological embankment and ecological landscape, emergency square; (2) River dredging, plant ecological restoration and coastal ecological landscape in Xinmin Town; (3) Ecological embankment and ecological landscape in Gao’an town (upstream of Huatan bridge); and riverside ecological landscape zones; (4)
