Stop by the Fairgrounds Community Building’s back porch and meet local artists on Wednesday, Aug. 21, from 1-4 p.m. Displays will show some of the artists’ work created from spinning, knitting, bead- ing, bobbin lace and more. All of our local artists enjoy talking about why and how they created their work so the back porch is a great spot to meet some of Northern Michigan’s talented people. Along with the crafters, there will also be a farmers’ market section.
