Republic of Serbia COMMISSION FOR PROTECTION OF COMPETITION Number: 6/0-02-925/2015-5 Date: December 21, 2015 Belgrade Pursuant to Article 37(2) of the Law on Protection of Competition (“Official Gazette of the RS”, nos. 51/09 and 95/13), Article 192(1) of the Law on General Administrative Procedure (“Official Gazette of the FRY”, nos. 33/97, 31/01 and “Official Gazette of the RS”, no. 30/10), and Article 2(1/6) of the Tariff on the level of compensation for activities within the competence of the Commission for Protection of Competition (“Official Gazette of the RS”, no. 49/11), deciding under the Notification on concentration entered under number 6/0-02-925/2015-1, submitted on December 15, 2015, by company “AMAN” LLC Belgrade, with registered seat at the address 52a Vinogradska Street, Belgrade – Surčin, Republic of Serbia, registered in the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia under company registration number 06048064, via plenipotentiary attorney Beba Miletić, 28 Oblakovska Street, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, on December 21, 2015, President of the Commission for Protection of Competition enacts the following D E C I S I O N I Concentration of undertakings in summary procedure IS APPROVED created by acquisition of direct control on the part of company “AMAN” LLC Belgrade, with registered seat at the address 52a Vinogradska Street, Belgrade – Surčin, Republic of Serbia, registered in the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia under company registration number 06048064, over business operations performed on the retail market in non-specialized stores predominately supplied with food, beverages and tobacco that represent functional business- technical entireties in the following trade objects: "IDEA Blok 28", 39 Umetnosti Boulevard, Belgrade- New Belgrade, "IDEA Sremska Mitrovica", bb Marko Peričin Settlement, Sremska Mitrovica, “IDEA Tamiš kapija“, 10k Dositeja Obradovića Street, Pančevo, „RODA SM Sava“, 155 Jurija Gagarina Street, Belgrade – New Belgrade, “RODA Megamarket Smederevo”, bb Despota Đurđa Street, Smederevo, “RODA Supermarket Sombor”, bb Sportska Street, Sombor, and “RODA Supermarket Niš”, 2 Kralja Milana Square, Niš. II IT IS ESTABLISHED that the applicant of Notification on concentration has executed payment in the amount of RSD 3,056,917.50 (in words: three million, fifty-six thousand, nine hundred seventeen and five tenths Dinars) to the account of the Commission for Protection of Competition no. 840-000000880668-16, maintained with the Treasury Administration, with reference number 6/0-02-925/2015-1, which represents determined amount of the fee as compensation for issuing decision on approval of concentration in summary procedure from Article 2(1/6) of the Tariff on the level of compensation for activities within the competence of the Commission for Protection of Competition. .
