Prasad Auditorium, Registered Oice, Red Hills, Hyderabad Notice is hereby given under Article 28 of the Articles of Association of the Federation that the 103rd Annual General Meeting of The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (the ‘Federation’) will be held on day, date, time and venue mentioned above to transact the following business: A. ORDINARY BUSINESS: 1. To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Report consisting of Managing Committee’s Report, Financial Statement, together with the Auditor’s Report and any other statement, as required by the Companies Act, 2013, and Rules made there under, of the Federation for the inancial year ending 31st March, 2020. 2. To announce the appointment of the President as per Articles 28(1)(b) and Senior Vice-President for the year as per Article 15(5) of the Articles of Association of the Federation 3. To elect members (15) of the Managing Committee from amongst the valid nominations received as per the Article 15(8) of the Articles of Association of the Federation B.
