The selection of individual locations on streets, by stations or at the point of sale permits a flexible use for individual media objectives, specific target groups or also limited budgets. Particularly the illuminated locations are strikingly visible even at the darker time of the year and in the evening. 4 Three Strong Arguments for Billboard . The audience reach value (ARV) is based on media analysis results calculated by Arbeitsgemeinschaft Media-Analyse e.V. (agma) for a particular site. Our advertising mediums are lit or illuminated at the latest from dusk onwards, depending on the season and the respective lighting conditions. In some cases, they may also be switched off at night.
