The ten-member team was voted on by a blue ribbon panel consisting of current and former NEC coaches, administrators and media members. Long Island and St. Francis (PA) had two players selected to the team, with one honoree apiece from Central Connecticut State, Fairleigh Dickinson, Monmouth, Wagner and former NEC members Loyola (MD) and Marist.
