A permanent single-storey building has been constructed to the east of the site. The eastern site boundary comprises a wooden fence, with a hawthorn and hazel hedge containing a number of mature oak trees.&nbsp;The southern boundary of Area A comprises a hawthorn and hazel hedge and a dry ditch.&nbsp;The northern boundary of Area A comprises a laurel hedge. </p><p></p><ul style="display: flex;"><li style="flex:1">B</li><li style="flex:1">Area of rank grass and tall ruderal species.&nbsp;Yorkshire fog, red fescue and </li></ul><p>white clover dominate the sward, with frequent broad-leaved dock, creeping thistle, common nettle and occasional sow thistle, teasel and ragwort.
