The total project cost was estimated at $26.62 million (inclusive of contingencies, taxes, and duties). 2. The project objective was to increase agricultural production, productivity, and diversity of rice- and corn-based smallholder farms, and thereby raising the disposable income of beneficiaries in the project area. It covered the municipalities of Gutalac, Kalawit, Tampilisan, and Labason in Zamboanga del Norte Province; and Ipil, Titay, and Payao in Zamboanga Sibugay Province. 3.
