If you are the first to submit the job, you will receive a confirmation number – save it! </p><p>The Personal Information screen allows you to change specific information about yourself, subject preferences, contact information, and notes to the substitute desk. </p><p>Important – Update Your Preferences </p><p></p><ul style="display: flex;"><li style="flex:1">Click on </li><li style="flex:1">to complete changes. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Updating your Calendar </strong></p><p>Click on the calendar button to mark dates you are unavailable to work. Use the arrow key to move to the month desired. Green indicates you are available; red indicates that you are NOT available. Left click on the date, AM, PM, or ALL to mark as unavailable. When the calendar is red, the system considers you as not available for substituting for the District on that day. </p><p>Close the window when calendar changes are complete. You can also see details: date assigned, for whom and duration. </p><p>IF you do not wish to substitute for a period of time or be called by E-call, check the appropriate option: DO NOT CONTACT ME until MM//DD// YYYY Click on Update Changes to save changes. </p><p><strong>Review/Cancel Screen </strong></p><p>Check detail button to display further details of a job. </p><p>To cancel a job: </p><p> Check the job for cancellation OK to confirm cancellation </p><p>Submit Cancellation.
