Page 1 of 210 1. Sh. S.V.R. Chandra Sekhar, CEO, Delhi Cantonment Board took oath of the allegiance to the Constitution of India as provided in Section 17 of the Cantonments Act, 2006. The President, Vice-President and all Members of Cantt Board Delhi congratulated the CEO, Member-Secretary for taking over the assignment of CEO, Member-Secretary. Sh.Vimal Chowdhary on behalf of all Members of the Board assured the CEO, Member-Secretary of their best cooperation and stated that Cantt Board is looking forward for holistic development of Cantt under his administrative command. He also on behalf of all Members congratulated Ms. Shilpa Gual, Jt. CEO for her posting as Chief Executive Officer, Lansdowne Cantt Board and offered her best wishes and welcomed Sh. Ramesh. N for his posting to Cantt Board Delhi as Jt. CEO. Lt. Col. Sandeep Singh, Adm Commandant & Col. CIRCULAR RESOLUTION To note Circular Resolution dated 01.07.2020. CIRCULAR AGENDA SUB : PUBLICATION OF ELECTORAL ROLLS – 2020 Electoral Rolls for 08 wards of the Delhi Cantonment in Form I have been prepared in the manner prescribed in Chapter II of the Cantonment Electoral Rules, 2007 (CER, 2007). The Board may approve for publication of the same on 01.07.2020 as envisaged under Rule 10 of the aforesaid CER, 2007. The Electoral Rolls for all 8 wards for the year 2020 will be displayed in office of Delhi Cantt Board for inspection of all concerned. Further, in terms of Rule 13 of CER, 2007 every claim for the inclusion of a name in the electoral roll and every objection to an entry therein shall be made within a period of twenty days from the date of publication of the Notice referred in Rule 12 of CER, 2007. The Forms for claim in Form III and for objection in Form IV would be available in the office of Delhi Cantonment Board for the said purpose. Bet Medical Pvt. Ltd. and Cantonment Board, Delhi Cantt.
