This TIA will form part of the Rezoning Application for the site. 3.2 Site Location The proposed development is situated within several land parcels, namely Erf 11546, Erf 12693 and Rem/1/11543 in Stamford Hill, Durban. The aforementioned site will henceforth be referred to as “the site”. The site is located approximately 3.5km North of the Durban CBD. The site has a total area of 93 377m². The site location and locality plan can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, respectively.
