It is the intent of the State that all or a 6 portion of the costs of projects funded by appropriations made 7 in this Act from the Capital Development Fund, the School 8 Construction Fund, the Anti-Pollution Fund, the Transportation 9 Bond Series A Fund, the Transportation Bond Series B Fund, the 10 Coal Development Fund, the Transportation Bond Series D Fund, 11 and the Build Illinois Bond Fund will be paid or reimbursed 12 from the proceeds of tax-exempt bonds subsequently issued by 13 the State. 14 ARTICLE 1 15 DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY 16 Section 15. The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be 17 necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 18 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 19 grant to the City of Rock Island for costs associated with 20 construction of a Martin Luther King Center Park. The sum of $19,700, or so much thereof as may 2 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 3 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 4 grant to the City of Morrison for costs associated with 5 renovations to the Farmers’ Market facility. 6 Section 35. The sum of $75,000, or so much thereof as may 7 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 8 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 9 grant to the City of Rock Island for costs associated with 10 capital improvements to Douglas Park. 11 Section 45. The sum of $2,217, or so much thereof as may 12 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 13 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 14 grant to the County of Rock Island for costs associated with 15 capital improvements to county facilities. 16 Section 65. The sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as may 17 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 18 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 19 grant to Avenues to Independence for costs associated with 20 renovations to the facility. The sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as may 7 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 8 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 9 grant to the Elk Grove Township for costs associated with 10 improvements to street signs. 11 Section 100. The sum of $225,000, or so much thereof as 12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 13 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 14 a grant to the Elk Grove Village for costs associated with 15 making repairs to the Greenleaf Lift Station. 16 Section 105. The sum of $277, or so much thereof as may 17 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 18 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 19 grant to H.A.V.E. Dreams for costs associated with renovations 20 to the facility. 21 Section 130. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as 6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 7 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 8 a grant to the Village of Mount Prospect for costs associated 9 with the installation of pedestrian crosswalk signals. 10 Section 140. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as 11 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 12 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 13 a grant to the Village of Mount Prospect for costs associated 14 with renovations to the Neighborhood Resource Center. 15 Section 160. The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as may 16 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 17 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 18 grant to the Village of Schaumburg for costs associated with 19 renovations to the Emergency Operational Center. 20 Section 165. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof as 5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 6 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 7 a grant to the Orpheum Children’s Science Museum for costs 8 associated with expansion of the facility. 9 Section 175. The sum of $142,045, or so much thereof as 10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 11 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 12 a grant to the Crisis Nursery for costs associated with 13 expansion of the facility located at 1309 West Hill Street in 14 Urbana. 15 Section 185. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as 16 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 17 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 18 a grant to the Urbana Park District for costs associated with 19 the construction of the Meadowbrook Park Interpretive Center. 20 Section 190. The sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as may 5 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 6 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 7 grant to the Mental Health Center of Champaign County, Inc. for 8 costs associated with renovations to facilities. 9 Section 200. The sum of $31,923, or so much thereof as may 10 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 11 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 12 grant to the Preservation and Conservation Association of 13 Champaign for costs associated with renovations to the Harwood 14 Solon House. 15 Section 205. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as 16 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond 17 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 18 a grant to the Disabled Citizens Foundation for costs 19 associated with the construction and renovation of group homes. 20 Section 225. The sum of $155, or so much thereof as may 5 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 6 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 7 grant to the Chicago Public School District 299 for costs 8 associated with capital improvements to the Armstrong G 9 Elementary International Studies School. 10 Section 245. The sum of $367, or so much thereof as may 11 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 12 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 13 grant to the Chicago Public School District 299 for costs 14 associated with capital improvements to the Belding Elementary 15 School. 16 Section 253. The sum of $10,000, or so much thereof as may 17 be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 18 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 19 grant to the Chicago Public School District 299 for costs 20 associated with capital improvements to the Carl Schurz 21 Elementary School.
