We achieved an outstanding fi nal result for October creeping towards £6 million in total for a catalogue almost made up entirely of private vendors with a success rate of over 70% As the housing market continues to strengthen on a nationwide basis we are pleased to see a growing activity in the auction room. Both buyers and vendors alike are clearly making the decision that now is the right time for them to act upon their assets. Buyers are strengthened by continued low rates available and the steady fl ow of new lenders re-entering the market making liquidity more readily available. Vendors have been encouraged by this new demand and supply effect in the market which is clearly fi ltering from the Right to Buy Scheme. The new levels of confi dence has meant we have been favoured with plenty of work to do, with volumes increasing almost daily both from corporate and private vendors alike. Many regional joint agents are working with us to offer their clients the ability to go to Auction in London. May I take this opportunity to thank all those joint agents and insolvency practitioners that have been working with us over the past couple of months. Our asset managers have also been busy and as you will see we are able to bring you this catalogue with a great diversity of lots. I specially am pleased to see such a wide range of commercial and residential investments including some great covenants like Barclays Bank, McDonalds and Dominos Pizza. In addition to add further excitement to the sale room we are also lucky to have a good deal of vacant properties both surrounding London and on a regional level. As always, if we can be of any further help please do not hesitate to speak to any member of the team and we will do everything within our power to help you. I am certain after October Auction results and following on from today you will want to join our success so do not forget MS Auctions fi rst sale of 2014 is in early February and the sooner we market your lots the better results can be achieved under the hammer. Please do give us a call and we will visit your property or assets and provide you with a full auction valuation. I look forward to seeing you at Hilton Paddington on 9th December 2013 and wish you all the best with your purchasing. We bid you well!
