The Civic Theatre will start the 75,h season having created 583 productions that have starred local talent, some of whom have moved on to greater fame: Heather Headley — Tony Award Winner for AIDA; Jane Lanier - Tony Award Nominee for Jerome Robbins Broadway and Drama Desk Nominee for FOSSE; Dan Butler - playing the role of Bulldog on the hit sitcom Frazier, and Julia Barr - playing the role of Brooke English, eight-time Emmy Award nominee and two- time Emmy Award winner.
