This will be achieved through: (i) behavioral changes and activities undertaken by watershed users to improve the environmental quality o f the lake and its Public Disclosure Authorized watershed; and, (ii) improved planning, regulatory instruments and incentives, and participation in the environmental management o f the Laguna de Bay watershed. The two indicators Page 1 of 8 Public Disclosure Authorized The World Bank Report No: ISR4405 that were not met are being dropped in the Additional Financing. Specificallyfor Component 1, the overall physical accomplishment at the closing date of the Original Financing was 100%, with the completion of 33 subprojects implemented by 21 Local Government Units around Laguna Lake. Under Component 2, although the funding from the Netherlands Grant closed on July 31, 2010, all seven (7) major tasks supported have been mainstreamed into the operation of the Laguna Lake Development Authority, with various tasks assigned to the different units under the new rationalized structure of LLDA and provided with annual budgetary allocations. The Additional Financing only became effective on July 27, 2011. Progress will be reported in the next supervision mission.
