For 35 years, GSM has worked with the Dallas County Community College District. The partnership began with Eastfield College in 1983 and provides scholarships through a college credit program for local students to learn the craft of Musical Theatre. Since 1998 GSM has also had an ongoing partnership with Tarleton State University’s Theatre Intern Program. GSM is proud of the continuing collabora- tion with Dallas Young Artists to provide an annual summer camp which culminates with a superb production. This summer we will present Beauty and the Beast at the Granville Arts Center, June 29th through July 2nd. GSM’s mission is to create a major summer musical theatre program which allows professional artists through Actor's Equity Association to work with performers of all ages as part of a theatre training and semi-professional production company. For 35 Seasons GSM has worked with hundreds of incredibly talented performers! We are proud to report that we currently have GSM Alumni appearing in Broadway shows and touring with National Broadway companies. There are so many people we want to thank including the GSM Board Members, the GSM Guild and our faithful and dedicated patrons, donors and season ticket holders. I want to send a special “Thank You” to the TREMENDOUS cast, crew, artistic team, staff and orchestra of The Producers.
