Occupied, Not Seeking The post‐graduation plans of UNI students is diverse and exciting. At UNI, the classification of “Occupied, Not Seeking” means that the graduate has secured employment or other career opportunities and is no longer seeking, or is continuing their education. For 2007‐2008, 73% of UNI graduates are employed, starting a business, or other employment plans and 12% have enrolled in gradu‐ pportunity ate and professional programs. The rate of 85% is a 12% increase over Fields of O the previous year.
