(b) Set forth in the Schedule the conditions subject to which the application for permission to establish the township concerned has been granted. S. In these regulations “the Regulations” means the Regulations Relating to Investigation of Alleged Unprofessional Conduct by Registered Person, and Instituting and Conducting of Professional Conduct Inquiry, published under Government Notice No. 289 of 7 December 2015. Substitution of enabling formula of Regulations 2.
