The project site proposed for hotel (1.5 hectares) is part of the land was allocated to the late owner Mr George C. Simataa of 3.5 hectares in the year 2002. 2. The PTO Permission to occupy is hereby attached 3. The late owner upon verification of the land, subdivided the 3.5 into two (2) portion. 2 hectares was earmarked for Oshana Rest Camp and 1.5 Hectare was left unutilised for future developments 4. The entire 3.5 hectares which comprise of the two portions as per the map attached was inherited and registered in the name of his first-born Son Mr. George Mwashihange Simataa. (see latter from the traditional authority attached) 5. The Son Mr. George Mwashingange Simataa is currently responsible for the existing operations of the Oshana Rest Camp and the remainder of the land
