The first phase of the research was structural and system-oriented where much of research work was on development of structures, systems, policies, procedures and practices for effective and efficient management. I.e. principles of Management, Strategic Management, International Management. However, the past, efforts at organizational change focused only on the structural aspects of organizations have systematically failed because they have neglected the reality that change does not happen without individual people changing their thinking, beliefs, and behavior. A second phase of research is Huma-oriented. Where much emphasis is on understanding the link between Management practices and Human dimension (Body, Mind, Heart and Soul). I.e. the behavioral management, neuro management fields are current focus of interest of researchers. Further in future we believe researcher will more focus on other dimensions of human i.e. Heart and Soul and two more filed of research would emerge i.e. Cardio Management and Spiritual Management.
