This Order may be cited as the " Angus Council (Monikie - Barry Road, Carnoustie and A92 Dundee - Arbroath - Montrose - Stonehaven Road, Montrose) (Variation of Speed Limits) Order 2020" and shall come into operation on the Twenty Eighth day of February Two thousand and Twenty . 2. The Order specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby varied and shall henceforth have effect subject to the amendments thereto specified and described in the said Schedule. In the ANGUS COUNCIL (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 1999 the Schedule annexed thereto is amended as follows: A. PART III 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT 1. After 6B. BURNSIDE OF DUNTRUNE insert the following:- 6C. MONIKIE - BARRY ROAD, CARNOUSTIE From a point 280 metres or thereby north of its junction with Barry Road northwards to its junction with the south slip road leading to and from A92 Dundee - Arbroath Road, a distance of 1,580 metres or thereby. 2. 6C WESTHAVEN ROAD, CARNOUSTIE is renumbered as 6D. 3. At 19A. MONTROSE - ARBROATH ROAD, MONTROSE (A92) delete and replace with the following 19A. DUNDEE - ARBROATH - MONTROSE - STONEHAVEN ROAD, MONTROSE (A92) (i) From a point 160 metres or thereby west of the main rail bridge westwards to a point 90 metres or thereby west of its junction with the A934 Montrose - Forfar Road, a distance of 940 metres or thereby. (ii) From a point 185 metres or thereby northeast of its junction with Charleton Place northeastwards for a distance of 470 metres or thereby. B. In PART V 60 MPH SPEED LIMIT:- 1. UPPER VICTORIA ROAD is deleted. .
