Staple Fitzpaine is approximately 5 miles south of the County Town of Taunton, which offers a wide range of shopping and leisure amenities, as well as an excellent choice of schools within both the state and private sectors. Horseshoe Cottage and Primrose Cottage Horseshoe and Primrose Cottages are mirror images of one and another with accommodation set on just one floor. A stable door opens into the entrance hall, which provides access to a downstairs WC and the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units, roll edge worktops, inset drainer sink, electric oven, four ring electric hob with extractor over and there is also space and plumbing for a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is the sitting room with an inset wood burning stove, large understairs storage area and stairs winding to the first floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom having an en-suite WC, and bedroom two benefits from a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a suite comprising a panelled bath, low level WC and wash hand basin. Directions From Taunton, take the B3170 towards Corfe and after passing the motorway bridge, turn left signposted to Staple Fitzpaine. Proceed along this road and into the village of Staple Fitzpaine. Upon entering the village, Mill Farmhouse can be found on the right hand side about 50 metres before the Greyhound pub. Services There is a sewage treatment plant, which caters for the whole site, located in the garden of Mill Cottage. All properties have oil fired central heating. Mains water and electricity.
