To develop and create a pathway for players, coaches, managers, statistics, referees and score bench personal. (Appendix 2 Rule 5.6.3) • 5 players on each Team Roster must be under the age of 21 years and represent their organisation or association at an U21 level in 2011 Code of Conduct & Judicial SCBC will adopt the BBNZ • Coaches, Managers and Athletes Code of Conduct • Judicial Process (Run by the committee) Disputes To lodge a Dispute you: 1. The dispute must be made within 24 hours with in the format of a formal letter. 2. The letter must be signed by the teams Coach and Manager 3. The Dispute must be sent to the Competitions Administrator and to the Judicial Committee members. 4. Referees will be rostered for no more than two games per day at a rate of $60 per game for two referees. Super City Rules 2011 Appendix 1 This Competition is run in conjunction with FIBA rules. 1. The aim of the Super city basketball competition is to provide a senior provincial competitive basketball environment for the Auckland Super city for Associations on a regular basis. To develop and create a pathway for players, coaches, managers, statistics, referees and score bench personal. 2. CONTROLS The Supercity basketball league referred to as "SCBC" herewith, shall be under the control and jurisdiction of the Supercity basketball Committee or the Judicial basketball Committee. 3. ENTRY ELIGIBILITY 3.1. InvitationOnly. 3.2. Teams involved in the SCBC must be financially viabl; 3.3. Lodgement of an entry form, team roster or similar documents shall be deemed as acceptance in full these Rules and Regulations and acceptance of any Agreement in the Competition information 3.4. Team acceptance is reliant on receipt of the full entry fee by SCBC before the scheduled payment date. 4. FORMAT 4.1.1. Teams will play one Round Robin followed by Finals 4.1.2. Points allocated shall be: • 2 points for a win • 0 points for a loss or default • -1 point for a forfeit (for the definition refer to FIBA Official Basketball Rules Art 20; 20.1) 4.1.3. Following a minimum of one round of play, the two leading teams from the table will qualify for the Semi – final. The Quarter finals shall consist of 3rd place verses 6th and 3rd verses 4th r games to determine final positions. The two leading teams will
