Process is long to terminate and it will take longer to appoint a second contractor. - Blockages in the system which ends up requiring specialized equipment to clean the sewer pipes. - Burst pipes especially on Water lines. Dunnottar being the common place. This is mainly due to tree roots cracking the Asbestos Pipes - Non adherence of building regulations or encroachment of servitudes on to municipal services.
