Ross FROM THE COURT LEADERSHIP We are pleased to present the Fiscal Year 2019 annual report on the Massachusetts initiatives undertaken in the past year. We are deeply grateful to everyone court system and are proud to reflect on all we accomplished and the new working in our court system – judges, clerks, court officers, probation officers, facilities employees, and administrative staff – whose hard work and commitment help ensure that we deliver justice with dignity and speed every day. We are proud of this work, but also continually aim to innovate and improve services, as we remain steadfast in our commitment to the delivery of justice across the Commonwealth.
