(color your choice) • 36’ of small black chain. • One (1) 12’ curtain rod kit. • Four (4) deck post tops. (if drywall is weak or studs wont cooperate) • 25 count 2.5” dry wall screws. 4. Cutting The Wood • Lowe’s is happy to cut this for you and it makes it easier to carry. • Cut the ply wood into three pieces so that you get ______ 4’x3’ panels and ______ 4’x2’. • Depending on how high you mount your rail you may need to trim a bit off of the 1”x 6” boards. 8. Assembling The Panels • Screw the pine boards onto the back of the plywood panels so that the bottom of the boards is __________ with the bottom of the ply wood. • Stain everything to match. • Mount the robe hooks in the top of the pine boards facing rail and upside down. • Mount door stops in bottom of the pine boards facing wall. • Make sure you measure everything so that the robe hooks and door stops are __________ in same place on every panel. 9.
