The students were invited to dance with the musicians after enjoying the tunes during one of their last dinners in Estonia. Inside the gates lives an original medieval town surrounded by a moat. The choir toured the Old Town, visiting historical landmarks such as a Russian Orthodox church. The Opera House comprises of three balconies above the orchestra mezzanine with a special cabinet on the first balcony reserved for the president of Latvia. Refurbished in the 1990s, the building has lost its antique prestige but found new meaning as a modern political office..
