Adjourn 2:00 PM Next Meeting: Wednesday, January 20, 2021 December 10, 2020 DETERMINATION OF THE UTAH LEAGUE OF CITIES AND TOWNS REGARDING PUBLIC MEETINGS WITHOUT AN ANCHOR LOCATION Pursuant to Utah Code Section 59-2-407, the President of the Utah League of Cities and Towns hereby determines that conducting an electronic meeting with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location. This determination is based on the November 8, 2020 declaration by the Governor of the State of Utah regarding the increase in COVID-19 cases and the need for caution in people meeting together. The December 14, 2020 meeting of the Utah League of Cities and Towns Board of Directors will be held electronically and will not have a physical location. All attendees will connect remotely, and links for public participation are available on the Utah Public Notice Website (https://www.utah.gov/pmn/).
