Pleasingly weird. Classic pizza toppings of the ham and cheese variety are replaced by inventive offerings with only the margherita as a safety net. Think: butternut pumpkin with broccoli, pecorino and crispy onions. Wild venison with kale, onions and dukkah (an Egyptian blend of nuts and spices).
