Rowley Training Center (RTC) Master Plan 2017 Update, located in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The project includes the construction of new facilities, the renovation of existing facilities, the consolidation of facilities into precincts, infrastructure expansion, and security upgrades. This SEA considers the environmental effects of implementing a No Action (No Build) Alternative and an Action Alternative.
