About the venue The 8th Edition of ISDEF will take place on June 6-8, 2017 in Hall 2 of the Israel Trade Fairs and Convention Center in Tel-Aviv, Israel. The convention center is located in Northern Tel Aviv; and is easily accessible by public transportation, as well as private vehicles. The convention center's address is: 101 Rokach BLVD, Tel Aviv. Getting to the convention center By taxi Getting to the convention center by taxi is convenient, but can be costly due to rush hour traffic. Nevertheless, it is probably the best way of getting there - especially if you are staying at one of the hotels by the beach. In order to ensure that you get a fair fare, we suggest that you do one of the following: 1) Ask the reception desk what is a reasonable fare from their hotel to the exhibition grounds and offer this fare to the driver ahead of time. 5 2) Insist that the driver turn on the meter. Many Israeli cab drivers prefer settling on a price ahead of time, however if you are unfamiliar with average cab fares, you might end up paying too much. By private vehicle The expo center is located only a few hundred meters from the Rokach exit on the Ayalon Freeway (Highway 20), which is both the quickest and easiest way of getting there from most locations.
