Orta Solar – proposed solar park at Wedgehill Farm BH21 7JH. The Chairman attended the public consultation on 19th June – await formal planning application. 2. DCC – changes to criminal records applications from 17 June 2013. 3. EDDC – notification of new premises licence application for ‘Colourfest’ at Wimborne St Giles House. 4. EDDC – notification of new premises licence application for ‘Chilli Festival’ at Wimborne St Giles House. 5. DAPTC – AGM 2nd November 2013. Proposals for resolution by 26 July 2013. (Clerk to place on next months agenda). 6. EDDC – Notification of dates and details of the Christchurch & East Dorset Core Strategy/Local Plan Examination in Public.</p><p>1499 Knowlton Parish Council Minutes 260613 57 Planning Applications</p><p>3/13/0314 HOU Home View, Sutton, Wimborne. Erect a detached double garage and detached wood store. Modify access and demolish existing outbuildings. Parish Council Comment: SUPPORT – the proposal will further tidy and improve the property.</p><p>3/13/0456 HOU 1 Drove Cottages, The Drove, Woodlands. Cllr Morgan Antell did not take part in the discussion of this item due to a declaration of interest. Proposed single storey front and side extension. Parish Council Comment: NO OBJECTION</p><p>EDDC Planning Decisions/Matters</p><p>3/13/0356 FUL Refusal: Removal of condition 2 to remove agricultural holding at Braeside, Mannington.</p><p>3/12/0908 COU Withdrawn: change of use from agricultural barn to storage and stable block to B8 storage (retrospective) at Nuts Landing, Horton Heath.</p><p>3/13/0368 FUL Permission: Removal of condition to allow opening until 23:30 hrs on Fridays and Saturdays at Cinnamon Lounge, Woodlands.</p><p>3/13/0391 FUL Permission: extension of haystore building to create a field shelter at Hydowns Farm, Woodlands.</p><p>3/13/0213 FUL Permission: new hay barn and cattle building, including a new apron in front of the building and an access track to the building at Clump Hill Farm, Burts Lane, Mannington.</p><p>58 Highways</p><p>1. DCC Site Investigation Report of fatal road traffic accident B3078 Cranborne Road, Horton 21st May 2013. 2. DCC notification of help to continue the Lengthsman Scheme with training for individuals working on the highway. 3. DCC have logged our request for horse warning signs at Wigbeth however, there are signs already in this location. Cllr Tony Keet to check if located appropriately.</p><p>59 Rights of Way/Public Spaces </p><p>1. Footpath E59/22 Woodlands blocked access. Members considered new information regarding possible diversion of this path and are satisfied that it will be dealt with appropriately by Dorset County Council Rights of Way Team. 2. Footpath E59/1 is overgrown with long grass and nettles. Clerk to report to DCC – ROW. Clerk 3. Footpath E57/74 further problems with horses worrying walkers. Clerk to write to landowner Clerl suggesting placing a sign ‘Do not feed the horses’ which may deter them from approaching people. 4. Rights of Way Officers to inspect paths and bridleways around Wedge Hill Area. DCC states verge over run – no safety defects. Clerk 03/04/13 Clerk to report again. 09/04/13 DCC no defects. 01/05/13 Clerk to report again as gully forming outside Woodlands Gate. 07/05/13 DCC filled with planings/stone. 26/06/13 Clerk to report again as not repaired. 03/13 Vegetation overhanging the Highway by The Old Stables, Horton Road, Woodlands – Clerk has written to MA landowner who is apparently not in residence. 26/06/13 MA to contact. 06/13 West View, Wimborne St Giles – Clerk written to owner to cut back vegetation overhanging road.</p><p>06/13 452633 Visibility impaired by verges at Edmondsham Xrds and Verwood Lodge Junction.
