Rhame Elementary a GREAT AMERICAN School”.</p><p>Eligibility The contest is open to all students enrolled in grades 2nd -5th, who are interested in sharing their poetic works. Contest rules and information are listed below:</p><p>Essay Contest Guidelines  Only one entry per student  Essay must be the original work of the student.  The entry should reflect the school-wide theme: “Making H.B.
