Volunteer opportunities 6am – 3pm</p><p> o Groups from fraternities will be scheduled together</p><p> o Only requirement – be a little goofy, have some fun (wear a tutu, crazy socks)  Farmhouse Expansion – Dustin Page. Director of Membership Growth</p><p> o Will be expanding to OSU Fall 2017 . They are allowed to begin recruitment following Jump Day . FH recruiters will begin their efforts October 9th, for 11 weeks</p><p>1 Oregon State University Interfraternity Council Council Meeting March 15th, 2017 o 34 chapters and colonies. Average chapter size 54</p><p> o Alcohol free housing – will not be housed initially here</p><p> o Non-secretive, open-ritual</p><p> o Do not have an agricultural requirement. Use all men’s GPA as a requirement Officer Reports</p><p> IFC President: Ian Snyder</p><p> o Recruitment pledge distributed and signed. It is a ‘gentleman’s pledge’, meant to put all chapters on the same page of a values based recruitment . What about chapters that are not present, or don’t sign it?  It is not a required document to sign, it is meant to say you align with the councils vision</p><p> o AHP Program applications April 1st</p><p> o BGAD Programing – they are a very strong campus partner and many chapters have not scheduled a program . We can not distribute BGAD information on our own, without their staff</p><p> o Meeting locations spring term – contact Ian if your chapter would like to host</p><p> Executive Vice President – Jack Urness</p><p> VP Judicial Affairs – Evan Hayes</p><p> o Available positions on judicial committee. Two men from the judicial committee are graduating. Applications will be taken starting Week 2 Spring term</p><p> VP Risk Management – Tobias Schenck</p><p> o In early process of revising social policy</p><p> VP Programming – Brandon Kerr </p><p> o Please register for a BGAD program next term</p><p> VP Scholarship – Andrew Yoon</p><p>2 Oregon State University Interfraternity Council Council Meeting March 15th, 2017 o The tutoring service now has over 25 registered tutors</p><p> VP Recruitment Programming – Jordan Pascau</p><p> VP Recruitment Marketing – Kevin Hanna</p><p> o Spring Recruitment Presentations | Thursday April 6th 7pm </p><p> VP Finance and Administration – Evan Davis</p><p> o Chapters who owe Secondary Health Inspection charge: . Alpha Sigma Phi, Alpha Tau Omega, Kappa Sigma</p><p> VP Community Service and Philanthropy – Phillip Harman</p><p> o CrowdChange – builds us a centralized website with pages for each chapter’s philanthropy. It is not a requirement for chapters, optional resource . Provides a crowd funding resource, similar to GoFundMe . It will cost us $75 this year. $150 in years to come . The CFSL will notify you when they are available</p><p> Leslie Schacht Drey – CFSL Director</p><p>Old Business</p><p> Ratification of Sing Standing Rules</p><p>3 Oregon State University Interfraternity Council Council Meeting March 15th, 2017 o Motion to ratify the Sing Standing Rules. TKE. 2nd DU. </p><p> o Motion passed 13-0  Recruitment Policy</p><p> o Motion made by DTD. 2nd SPE.</p><p> o Motion passed 13-0</p><p> o Rules are now in force and will be for Spring Recruitment New Business</p><p> Delta Lambda Phi has resigned their membership with the Interfraternity Council</p><p> o They are doing what is best for their chapter. Be aware that we need to do better going forward with respecting all chapters Good of the Order</p><p> Delta Tau Delta – new member education, hoping to incorporate descriptions of all other chapter houses, asking that chapters send them an information slide  Kappa Sigma – rumor that they are losing their house, this is not true. </p><p>Meeting adjourned at 7:50PM</p><p>4</p>
