Average chapter size 54</p><p> o Alcohol free housing – will not be housed initially here</p><p> o Non-secretive, open-ritual</p><p> o Do not have an agricultural requirement. Use all men’s GPA as a requirement Officer Reports</p><p> IFC President: Ian Snyder</p><p> o Recruitment pledge distributed and signed. It is a ‘gentleman’s pledge’, meant to put all chapters on the same page of a values based recruitment . What about chapters that are not present, or don’t sign it? It is not a required document to sign, it is meant to say you align with the councils vision</p><p> o AHP Program applications April 1st</p><p> o BGAD Programing – they are a very strong campus partner and many chapters have not scheduled a program . We can not distribute BGAD information on our own, without their staff</p><p> o Meeting locations spring term – contact Ian if your chapter would like to host</p><p> Executive Vice President – Jack Urness</p><p> VP Judicial Affairs – Evan Hayes</p><p> o Available positions on judicial committee. It is not a requirement for chapters, optional resource . Provides a crowd funding resource, similar to GoFundMe . It will cost us $75 this year. $150 in years to come . TKE. 2nd DU. </p><p> o Motion passed 13-0 Recruitment Policy</p><p> o Motion made by DTD. 2nd SPE.</p><p> o Motion passed 13-0</p><p> o Rules are now in force and will be for Spring Recruitment New Business</p><p> Delta Lambda Phi has resigned their membership with the Interfraternity Council</p><p> o They are doing what is best for their chapter. Be aware that we need to do better going forward with respecting all chapters Good of the Order</p><p> Delta Tau Delta – new member education, hoping to incorporate descriptions of all other chapter houses, asking that chapters send them an information slide Kappa Sigma – rumor that they are losing their house, this is not true. </p><p>Meeting adjourned at 7:50PM</p><p>4</p>
