<p> TOWN OF WILKIE Minutes of the regular Meeting of the Council of the Town of Wilkie held in the Council Chambers, Monday September 9th, 2013. CALL TO ORDER Mayor David Ziegler called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. </p><p>2. MINUTES A.Majewski That the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held K.Heilman August 26th, 2013 be approved as circulated.</p><p>Carried 3. DELEGATION 4. ADDITIONS D.Dornstauder That the following items be added to the agenda: C.Delainey 5 (c) Offer to Purchase 7 (a) Wilkie Museum Meeting held on August 18th, 2013 10 (j) Clara Yockey</p><p>Carried 5. APPROVALS J.Nissen That the accounts paid from cheque # 11168 to A.Majewski # 11173 in the amount of $53,019.21 and the accounts to be paid from cheque # 11174 to # 11190 in the amount of $17,330.54 be approved for payment. </p><p>Carried</p><p>D.Dornstauder That the accounting firm of Baert Cameron Odishaw C.Delainey La Cock be appointed as auditors for the Town of Wilkie for the year 2013. </p><p>Carried</p><p>D.Dornstauder That the Town of Wilkie accept the offer to purchase K.Heilman from Mike Herzog for a 1991 F350 truck in the amount of $150.00 and further that the vehicle be sold as is.</p><p>Carried</p><p>6.
