Serving on the School Site Council requires no prior experience and is a great way to provide input and to be involved in the school oversight. Membership requires attendance at one meeting each month (held on Tuesdays from 3:00pm to 4:00pm). Please see below for a brief overview of the function of the SSC.</p><p>The School Site Council (SSC) is composed of parents, teachers, classified staff, and administration. The council is a key advisory group in the decision-making regarding the school site budget and in overseeing the Single Plan for Student Achievement, which sets goals for the school.</p><p>The deadline for submitting nomination forms is September 30, 2014. Ballots will subsequently be sent out to parents and a new member will be selected.
