Please take extreme care when driving on the site. . Keep your speed to a minimum. . Vehicle movement stops at 16:15 hrs prompt. . Please follow instructions given by the Site Manager. 1. ON ARRIVAL On arrival please report to Dawn (Markets) on the site (mobile 07919412915). The site telephone number from 8:00am on Saturday 29th October is 07871 499160.</p><p>2. EARLY ARRIVAL If you intend to arrive on site before 12pm on Saturday 29th October, for security reasons please notify us immediately on 07919412915.</p><p>3. ENTRY/EXIT Enter the site via the A1290 road sign-posted Nissan Offices. Once into the site, take a right at the first roundabout and you will pass through a Nissan security check point where you will be directed to Nissan Sports & Social Club. </p><p>4. ACCREDITATION/PASSES All exhibitors/performers must identify themselves with this document. </p><p>Vehicles are permitted on site to offload equipment but must be moved to the participant’s car park no later than 16:00 hrs. </p><p>5. VEHICLE DRIVERS</p><p>6. VEHICLES ON SITE There will be no vehicles in the public area during the event other than those already approved by the organisers - EMERGENCY VEHICLES, CATERING VEHICLES, PERFORMING VEHICLES, and other vehicles where absolutely necessary and approved. </p><p>A participant’s car park is provided.</p><p>7. SITE LAYOUT Every effort has been made to provide you with a good location.</p><p>8. SECURITY The site is within the Nissan grounds where security is continuous. However do not leave valuables unattended.</p><p>9. INSURANCE ALL participants must carry public liability insurance and be insured for theft, damage and third party risks. 10. FIRE PROCEDURE If a fire breaks out Scott Hillary must be notified immediately. Fire fighting equipment will be provided where necessary and as advised by the Fire Brigade.</p><p>11. FIRST AID This service is being provided by County Durham EMS Ltd.</p><p>12. LOST CHILDREN This service is being provided by Police checked personnel.</p><p>13. DISABLED The site is a flat, grassed area and wheelchair users should have no difficulty. Toilets for the disabled are available.</p><p>14. LITTER Litter bins are provided throughout the site. Please take responsibility for keeping your own area tidy.</p><p>15. STAFFING YOUR AREA Ensure that you area is staffed at least half an hour prior to the event opening. This helps to eliminate security problems.
