<p>To Look Up a Real Estate Tax Bill</p><p>Click on the Real Estate Property Taxes option. An inquiry search screen appears.</p><p>Enter one of the following:</p><p> Property address: Street number and Street Name (do not type Rd/St/Ave, etc)  Parcel ID: 12 digit Parcel ID of the property</p><p>The default tax year is the current year.</p><p>Click on the “SEARCH” button</p><p>Please be patient. There are a large number of records that must be searched to process your request.</p><p>Note: If a screen of “Search Results” appears, more than one account met your search criteria.</p><p>If the parcel you want to look at is listed on this screen, click on the “View Bill” in the right had column to select it.</p><p>If the parcel you want to look at is not listed on this screen, click on “New Search” option and type in more specific information.</p><p>A “View Bill” screen will appear for the selected property From the “View Bill” screen you can access the following information from the bar on the left of the screen:</p><p> Pay bill</p><p> Charges / Exemptions / Credits  Property Detail</p><p> Owner Information  Assessment</p><p> Assessment History</p><p> Tax Rates  All Bills (This option brings up all bills due for the property including Utility – water/wastewater and Utility Assessments)</p>
