To Look Up a Real Estate Tax Bill

Click on the Real Estate Property Taxes option. An inquiry search screen appears.

Enter one of the following:

 Property address: Street number and Street Name (do not type Rd/St/Ave, etc)  Parcel ID: 12 digit Parcel ID of the property

The default tax year is the current year.

Click on the “SEARCH” button

Please be patient. There are a large number of records that must be searched to process your request.

Note: If a screen of “Search Results” appears, more than one account met your search criteria.

If the parcel you want to look at is listed on this screen, click on the “View Bill” in the right had column to select it.

If the parcel you want to look at is not listed on this screen, click on “New Search” option and type in more specific information.

A “View Bill” screen will appear for the selected property From the “View Bill” screen you can access the following information from the bar on the left of the screen:

 Pay bill

 Charges / Exemptions / Credits  Property Detail

 Owner Information  Assessment

 Assessment History

 Tax Rates  All Bills (This option brings up all bills due for the property including Utility – water/wastewater and Utility Assessments)
