The festival is unique in that it is organized by the commercial fishers who catch the local wild catch seafood on offer at the festival food court and at the exclusive Tastes of the Bay seafood long lunch. The programme highlighSthe talents of the region, foods, wine and knowledge of the aquatic community.</p><p>The festival is on Sunday 10th August 2014 at Fishermen’s Park, Urangan Boat Harbour.</p><p>THE APPLICATION Please take the time to peruse these conditions of participation along with the Hervey Bay Seafood Festival Event Manual (download)</p><p>If you agree to accept the conditions, complete the required information and return with ALL the requested documentation by post to PO Box 7307 Urangan 4655 by 31st March 2014</p><p>SELECTION PROCESS 1. FOOD AND BEVERAGE. Food stands that focus on healthy menu items that are focused on local seafood (no imported seafood products permitted, vegetarian options, desserts and beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic .</p><p>Note there will be a restriction on the number of deep fried foods in 2014.</p><p>2.
