How many OT departments are there and your designation ?, (ie: Community, hospital) Bradford Council has one Occupational Therapy department based with Adults Services, Access Assessment and Support. However the staff rotate through service areas as explained below and there is a dedicated service to Children and Young People (CYPOT). Occupational Therapy services cover – Central Access Team (Adult Services has a central contact point – signposting to other services, referral screening, direct provision), Clinic (Equipment), Home Assessment (Housing and Adaptations), Transitions (based with the Physical Disabilities Care Management/Social Work Team), Children, Review of Care Packages, Moving and Handling.</p><p>4.
