Introductions a. Introductions of new and returning SUAB members II. Purpose of the Board- Steve Calhoun a. Purpose is to bring diverse opinions on the quality of the building and its amenities b. To discuss protocols of departments, suggestions for improvements, marketing techniques, areas in building that need to be fixed, technology updates, etc. c. Share information, discuss issues and move forward with recommendations d. Discussions and recommendations should be made to correspond with the JSCU mission e. Any feedback and suggestions are welcomed and encouraged III. 2014-2015 SUAB Charge – Dr. Jerry Marczynski and Mr. Chuck Price a. Introduction to Jerry and Price b. Their roles in the building and their contributions to the team c. Their opinions on the structure of SUAB meetings IV. Facility Usage Guidelines- John Pratt a. Advised to read through FUGS to discuss possible changes in next meeting b. Suggested to change formatting of FUGS due to unreadable format c. Questionable policies in FUGS to be discussed and worked out d. Time span of holding reservations e. Canceling events due to no communication from patrons within two days of the event V.
