To develop principles of fair play, a sense of confidence, and self-discipline through the development and extension of various Golf skills as provided by interscholastic competition.</p><p>Essential Duties </p><p> Organizes the overall Girls Golf program  Prepares players both physically and mentally for interscholastic competition through practice, teaching of fundamental skills, and knowledge of rules  Supervises the cleaning, storage, and proper care of all equipment  Fosters good school-community relations by keeping the community aware of and responsive to the athletic program  Conducts pre-season meetings with parents and players  Prepares daily practice schedule and conducts practice sessions  Coordinates and Assists in Fundraising activities  Enjoy working with High School kids  Follows club sport by laws.  Determines game strategy based on the team’s capabilities.  Adheres to MHSAA and TVC rules  Coaches and instructs players, individually or in groups, regarding the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport. Minimum Qualifications </p><p>Demonstrated ability to manage the entire Girls Golf program through previous experience as a coach or player.
